WEEK 3 OF WILL POWER!

This week, we learned about Samuel! Samuel was a prophet—someone God spoke to and worked through. While Samuel was serving in the temple, the Lord called his name three different times before Samuel realized who was speaking to him!

God had a plan and a calling for Samuel. As Samuel listened to the Lord and obeyed Him, his faith continued to grow!

We also talked about ways we can grow our own faith:
📖Reading and studying the Bible
🙏 Staying in constant communication with the Lord through prayer
❤️ Hiding God’s Word in our hearts and meditating on Scripture
👂 Listening for God and obeying what He asks us to do

This week, encourage your kids to practice these habits and discover how their faith can grow stronger every day!

WEEK 2 OF WILL POWER!
This week, we dove into the story of the Good Samaritan and learned what it looks like to truly love God AND love others!

In Mark 12, Jesus gives us two of the most important commands:
Love the Lord your God with ALL your heart, soul, mind, and strength!
Love your neighbor as yourself!
As most of our kiddos head into their second full week of school, this is the perfect reminder: when we love God with everything we have, it changes the way we love the people around us!

This week, challenge your kiddos to put their WILL POWER into action—look for someone who needs kindness, encouragement, or a friend and choose to love them like Jesus!

Week 1 of WILL POWER! 💪⚡

This week, we learned that we can grow more than just our muscles—we can grow our faith too! Jesus calls us to stand up for what is true, even when it isn’t always the easiest or most popular choice.

As our kids head back to school, that’s our challenge this week: to show others what it looks like to follow Jesus by standing for truth in the way we speak, act, and treat others!

Let’s put our WILL POWER into action!

Week 8 — our FINAL week of “BELIEVE”!

This week, we dove into the awesome story of Jesus washing His disciples’ feet! 🦶🫧

We shared a few giggles talking about just how stinky feet can be, but it helped us see something so powerful about how GOOD Jesus is!
Despite the dirt, the stink, and the mess, Jesus chose to humble Himself and serve His closest friends. He showed us that no act of service is too small when it’s done with love!

We challenged our Kidz this week to think of one person they can serve or one way they can help someone around them. Parents, we encourage you to keep that challenge going at home! Look for simple opportunities to help your kids put Jesus’ example into action and show His love by serving others.

What an incredible 8 weeks of BELIEVE! We’ve loved learning more about who Jesus is and what it looks like to believe in and follow Him!
And we are SO excited for the brand-new series coming next… 👀 You definitely don’t want to miss it!

Week 7 of Believe!

This week we learned about the incredible story of Mary anointing Jesus’ feet. Mary recognized who Jesus truly was, and in that moment she knew nothing was more important than honoring Him. She took her most valuable perfume and poured it out on Jesus’ feet as an act of love and worship.

Others only saw the cost, but Mary saw the worth of Jesus.
We reminded our kids that worship isn’t just about singing on Sundays—it’s about giving Jesus our very best every day. Whether it’s our time, our kindness, our obedience, or our hearts, Jesus is worthy of it all.

Week 6 of Believe!

This week we explored the incredible story of Lazarus and discovered that Jesus is our Healer. When Lazarus became very sick, Jesus heard the news—but He didn’t come right away. By the time Jesus arrived, Lazarus had been in the tomb for four days. It seemed like all hope was gone.
But Jesus had a bigger plan.
He called out, “Lazarus, come out!” ...and Lazarus walked out alive!

Our kids learned that Jesus has the power to heal, restore, and do the impossible. But we also talked about something that’s not always easy to understand: sometimes Jesus doesn’t answer our prayers the way we hope or on the timeline we expect. Even then, we can trust that He is still good, He still loves us, and He is always working for our good—even when we can’t see the bigger picture.

No matter what season we’re walking through, we can hold onto this truth: Jesus is with us, Jesus is for us, and Jesus is always good.

“I am the resurrection and the life. Anyone who believes in me will live, even after dying.” — John 11:25

Week 5 of Believe! 🐑
This week we learned that Jesus is our Good Shepherd! We discovered that His sheep know His voice and choose to follow Him. But how do we recognize His voice? By spending time with Him!

We challenged our kids to make time each day to read God’s Word and pray because the more time we spend with Jesus, the better we know Him. Just like we recognize the voices of the people we love most, we can learn to recognize God’s voice as He leads us every day.

Our prayer is that every child continues growing closer to Jesus and learns to follow the voice of their Good Shepherd!

Week 4 of BELIEVE!

This week, we dove into the story of the man who was born blind (John 9). From the day he was born, he had never experienced the beauty of the world around him—until he met Jesus.
Jesus knelt down, made mud with the dirt, gently placed it on the man’s eyes, and told him to go wash in the nearby pool. The man obeyed, and when he came back, his sight had been completely restored!

But the greatest miracle wasn’t just that he could see physically—it was that he came to see who Jesus truly is. Jesus asked him, “Do you believe in the Son of Man?” Through the man’s faith and obedience, he believed in Jesus and found something even greater than restored eyesight: new life in Him.

This week, we challenged our kids to remember that following Jesus takes faith and obedience. When we trust Him, He doesn’t just change what we see—He changes our hearts.

We can’t wait to see you for Week 5 of BELIEVE!

Week 3 of BELIEVE!

This week, we learned all about Truth—God’s Truth! There are so many voices in our world trying to tell us what is true, but there is only one truth that never changes: God’s Word.
We discovered that Jesus’ truth sets us free! Where there is God’s truth, there is freedom.

This week, we want to challenge both our kids and our parents to always test what they hear before believing it. Whether it’s something a friend says, something they see online, or something the world tries to convince them of, ask these questions:

✨ Is it bringing glory to God?
✨ Does it align with God’s Word?

When we build our lives on God’s truth, we can confidently know what is right and experience the freedom that only Jesus gives.

We can’t wait to see you for Week 4 of BELIEVE!
