Tonight we’re kicking off our new series - The Blueprint!

Over the next six weeks, we’ll be learning about Jesus’ model for discipleship and how to put it into action in our everyday lives.

We’re helping kids understand that following Jesus isn’t just about what we know, it’s about how we live. Each week, they’ll discover what it means to be a disciple, how to grow in their faith, and how to help others do the same.

Parents!
This week in our Built Different series, your kids learned about marriage and why it matters in God’s design. We talked about how marriage isn’t just a relationship - it’s a picture of how Jesus loves the church with commitment, sacrifice, and faithfulness.

Jesus even used a wedding story to explain God’s invitation to us. Just like a wedding invitation is special, Jesus invites every one of us into a relationship with Him - but we have to choose to accept that invitation and follow Him.

A great question to ask your child this week:
"What do you think it means to say yes to Jesus every day?”

Thank you for partnering with us as we help kids see God’s design and understand His love in a way they can grasp and live out.

Because of icy roads and unsafe travel conditions, we weren’t able to gather in person - but we still wanted your kids to hear this week’s lesson.
Today’s lesson kicks off our new series, Built Different, where we’re learning about holy things God gave us to help build our faith and live differently from the world. This week, we talk about confession and anointing, and how being honest with God and trusting Him shapes our hearts and helps us grow. ☃️

Families, if your child has been asking questions about baptism or what it means to follow Jesus, we’d love to invite you to Baptism4Kids tomorrow, December 28th at the 11:00 AM service.
This class is designed for kids in kindergarten through 5th grade and their parents to walk through what baptism means and why it’s an important step in following Jesus - all in a way that’s clear and engaging for kids.
It’s a great opportunity to grow in faith together as a family.
