DIOCESAN BLUE MASS:

Bishop Terry R. LaValley will celebrate the annual Blue Mass on Sunday, September 27, at 2:30 p.m. at St. Paul’s Church, 210 LeRay Street, Black River.
The Blue Mass is the Church’s way to offer thanksgiving to God for the dedication and sacrifices made by the men and women of Fire, EMS, Corrections, Law Enforcement and Communications. First Responders, their families and all the faithful are invited to attend this Sunday celebration. Uniforms are encouraged but not required. Our community is coming together to support Mitchell and Marion Gray, and we hope you’ll join us!

The West Leyden Fire Department will be serving up a delicious Chicken BBQ, and there will also be a Basket Raffle and Bake Sale!

🧁 Jane Allen is helping coordinate the bake sale with our two local churches.
🎁 Stacy Schaff Sadlowski is working with Adirondack teachers to put together baskets for the raffle.

We are also looking for donations!
If you would like to donate a raffle basket, items for a basket, or baked goods, your generosity would be greatly appreciated.

Religious Education Registration Is Now Open!

Help your children grow in their Catholic faith by enrolling them in our Religious Education program. Classes begin in mid-September and provide children with the opportunity to learn more about God, our Catholic traditions, prayer, the Sacraments, and what it means to live as a disciple of Christ.

Registration is online and must be completed by a parent or legal guardian before a child may participate in the program.

We encourage families to register early so that children are ready to begin when classes start.
Give your children the gift of a strong foundation in faith—register them for Catholic Religious Education today!
