The Vatican has issued a 2.55-euro stamp featuring St. Kateri Tekakwitha, also known as “Lily of the Mohawks,” in honor of the Jubilee Year. St. Kateri Tekakwitha was the first Native American to be canonized by the Catholic Church.

October is devoted to praying the Holy Rosary. Five centuries ago, the Rosary swept across Europe, becoming the most popular form of meditation by Christians. It uses common contemplation elements: engaging the divine Presence and employing repetition. Known as the family prayer for its accessibility to all ages, each decade helps us focus on personal or universal needs. We invite you to pray the Rosary with us this month! You'll find videos for the Joyful, Sorrowful, Glorious and Luminous Mysteries on our Youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1IdqJFuD-LI&list=PLRNXdfEOCCXIg0aqEGAOwpMGdV-eiSCOg
