Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
Under the prayers of H.H. Pope Tawadros ll and guidance of H.G. Bishop Karas, the Diocese of Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and West Virginia presents the Inaugural “Helpeace” Egypt Mission Trip. We are looking for college youth and graduates in the diocese from the ages of 18 and up to join us on this mission trip. We will be departing on Saturday May 24th and returning Sunday June 7th, 2020. The cost of the trip will be approximately $2000 (including flight)
There will be 3 payment options available: 1. One payment in full 2. Two installment monthly payments 3. Three installment monthly payments
Steps to register:
Fill out the registration form (attached to the link below)
Click on the hyperlink at the end of the registration to make your payment
Make a paypal account if you have not made one already
Make your $250 deposit payment through the paypal link as “donate with paypal” to complete your registration
** Please Note: This is on a first come- first serve basis and your registration is not complete until you have paid the $250 deposit through the paypal link, be sure to apply early to ensure your spot on this trip!

Deadline to register: Sunday February 9th
From the Helpeace Committee:
Please DO NOT purchase flight tickets on your own as we will coordinate this once we have all the spots filled. A confirmation email will be sent out within two weeks of the date that you submit your application
We will be accepting 30 people from the diocese on this mission trip, once we have filled the 30 spots, you can opt to be put on the waitlist and we will contact you if a spot opens up at least 6 weeks before we depart
Although we list a closing date to submit your application on the registration link, if we have reached capacity prior to Sunday February 9th we will close the application process early
