The Wholeness of Worship incorporates Scripture, Throne Worship, and Hymns that all work together every week. Trinity Sunday we recited The Athanasian Creed that best explains the Trinity. The hymn "Holy, Holy, Holy Lord God Almighty" and other heartfelt hymns blend God's Truth in Word, song, and prayers.

"Come Gracious Spirit, Heavenly Dove" Hymn 378 captures the Truth of Christ and The Pentecost. The Anglican lectionary creates a Wholeness of Worship. The Scripture, prayers, service, and hymns work together and bring us to throne worship.

Our Passion Sunday sermon was "Passion and Love in Death." Hymn "Lord Christ When First Thou Came straight to Men" captures this theological concept beautifully. Verse 1: Lord Christ When First thou camest to men, upon a cross they bound thee. And mocked thy saving Kingship then by thorns with which they crowned thee: And still our wrongs may weave thee now, new thorns to pierce that steady brow and robe of sorrow round thee.

These words and this sung prayer is as true today as they ever were. Meaningful hymns are a blessing!

It truly is a sad day: Charlie Kirk has passed. He was God's light and grace among us. Our prayers are with his family and friends.
