The only certain things in life are death, taxes, and the fact that Mark Knopfler will absolutely crush any song he performs live. This was on full display when the Dire Straits frontman performed a smouldering version of “Brothers In Arms” live in Berlin with his solo band. The rock legend performed his slowburn classic in an intimate concert hall with an intensity that will have you hanging on his every word. Needless to say, the highlight of the performance was Knopfler’s multiple guitar solos, each of which got more spicy and creative than the last!
