We are pleased to announce that the church has purchased a 5.8-acre property on the northside of Lone Star Parkway in Montgomery for the construction of a new chapel. This lot is located west of Liberty Street (FM 149) and east of the Lone Star Community Center, on the north side of the parkway. The timing of this construction project has not been determined.

Meet Christine James from the Huntsville 1st Ward!

One of her favorite scriptures comes from Mosiah 24:14 -
“And I will also ease the burdens which are put upon your shoulders, that even you cannot feel them upon your backs, even while you are in bo***ge; and this will I do that ye may stand as witnesses for me hereafter, and that ye may know of a surety that I, the Lord God, do visit my people in their afflictions.”

What a wonderful reminder that He is always with us. We are grateful for Christine’s faithful example and the light she brings to the Conroe Stake!

Our youth showed up in a big way this past Global Youth Service Day at Bridgewood Farms! 🌟 Alongside over 100 volunteers, they worked hard, served with joy, and represented the Savior. We are so proud of each one of them and grateful for the leaders who made it all possible!

We are excited to announce the annual Stake Conference for the Conroe Texas Stake, taking place June 6–7, 2026, under the direction of Elder Clement M. Matswagothata and Elder Jonathan G. Cannon of the Seventy.

This conference will include a Stake Presidency Reorganization — a sacred opportunity to witness the Lord’s hand in leading His Church. All are welcome. Come gather, worship, and be strengthened together.

Global Youth Service Day 🌍

Join us as we come together to serve and uplift our community this Global Youth Service Day! This is a wonderful opportunity for youth to follow the example of Jesus Christ by giving meaningful service and caring for God’s creations.

We’ll be clearing debris and helping keep the Bridgewood Farms property in good condition—small acts that can make a big difference!

🧹 Service Activity: Cleaning and improving the grounds at Bridgewood Farms
📅 Date: Saturday, April 25
⏰ Time: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
📍 Location: 11680 Rose Rd, Conroe, TX
👕 What to bring: Wear clothes suitable for yard work
