Today, we are honored to shine the spotlight on Sister Marie Grace, our Youth Ministry Director! 💙✨

Sister Marie has over 25 years of experience working in childcare, along with her Childcare Director credentials and a genuine heart for serving children and families.

More than her experience and credentials, Sister Marie has always served with a heart of compassion. She is service-oriented and passionate about seeing our young people grow, flourish, and become all that God has called them to be.

We are grateful for the experience and love she brings to our Youth Ministry. 💙🙏🏽

🔥 A GROWTH THAT’S READY! 🔥

Wow! The Lord is taking Mind of Christ Church into its next place of elevation and maturity in Him!

Our Intentional Growth Discipleship Series through Pastor Marlin Gant has truly been transformative. Today’s message, “A Growth That’s Ready,” was anchored in Ephesians 4:13–15.

One powerful truth stood out:

There is a difference between growth that is happening and growth that is READY.

A growth that’s ready is a growth that can be used by God.

It’s ready to pray.
Ready to witness.
Ready to proclaim the Gospel.
Ready to lay hands on the sick.
Ready to encourage somebody.
Ready to believe God for the supernatural.
Ready to step beyond the comfort zone.
Ready to become MORE useful for Christ!

📖 2 Peter 1:4–8 reminds us to keep adding to our faith and developing spiritually. The more God develops in you, the more He can do through you!

We cannot become stagnant or comfortable in God. Spiritual maturity should produce something in our lives.

📖 Acts 4:29–31 shows us believers who prayed for boldness and were empowered by the Holy Spirit to continue speaking the Word of God. As we mature, we should become increasingly useful for the Kingdom.

Pastor also gave us 7 Faith Instructions:

1️⃣ Know the Word of God

2️⃣ PRAY before you move.

3️⃣ Obey what you already know.

4️⃣ Start where you are.

5️⃣ Follow Jesus.

6️⃣ Use wisdom and godly counsel.

7️⃣ Respect God without trying to control Him.

🔥 This is INTENTIONAL GROWTH!

We’re not growing just to say we’ve grown. We’re growing so that God can trust us, use us, send us, and accomplish more through us.

Don’t just have growth that’s happening, but develop a GROWTH THAT’S READY!
