First Presbyterian Church of Conrad is saddened to report that Pastor Erthein's predecessor as Pastor, Rev. Kerry Carson, passed away in his sleep last night.

Please be in prayer for Marijke, Leigh and Drew as his passing was a shock.

Funeral arrangements are pending and will be shared when they are finalized.

"Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord," says the Spirit.

The Theology on Thursdays Class is back! It has been awhile because of the holidays and, before that. a weather cancellation or two, but we will meet tonight at 6 pm.

Please be prepared to discuss/ask questions about at least Chapter 23, "The Christ of the Bible" of "Everyone's a Theologian." IF there is time. we can also at Chapter 24, "One Person, Two Natures."

ANNOUNCEMENT:

There will be a time of visitation for the family and friends of Denise Kemp at First Presbyterian Church this coming Friday, January 9, lasting from 4 to 7 pm.

On Saturday, January 10, First Presbyterian will hold a Service of Witness to the Resurrection for Denise Kemp. At the conclusion of worship, all are invited to a Fellowship luncheon. After lunch, there will be a procession to Denise's childhood church for burial.
