Handbells and Choir rehearsals begin TODAY, September 9!

Calling all Singers & Ringers! There’s a place for you in Concordia’s music ministry!

Handbells rehearse Wednesdays at 6:00 PM in the Music Room. Experience and music-reading ability are helpful, but not required.

Choir rehearses at 7:15 PM in the Choir Room. No experience is necessary, just a desire to sing and serve through music.

New and returning musicians are warmly encouraged to join us!

This morning we installed Cory Westby as our new Director of Music and Worship Planning. May the Lord bless the work he will do here in this place. We also gave thanks to those who served in music roles during the interim.

This coming Sunday, September 6th, come and meet our Director of Music and Worship Planning, Mr. Cory Westby. Cory is not new to church music or worship planning. Concordia Lutheran Church will be installing him at the 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. services this week. There will be a meet-and-greet to welcome him to Concordia Lutheran Church in the church's Emmaus Room beginning at 10:10a. Adult Bible studies will not meet on Sunday so that everyone has a chance to meet Cory. Come! Join us! Welcome Cory!

Joyful Stitchers. What is it, and what do they do? This is a group that meets twice a month on the first and third Fridays at 2p in the Brain Long Center for Family Ministry (BLCFM). (The BLCFM is the grey house on the school property at the corner of 5th Ave. SE and 3rd St. SE.) If you do any kind of needlework, yarn work, or any type of project that you would like to work on, come join us! We enjoy the camaraderie of being with other Christian women.
