Reverend Lisa Bailey is an Ordained Elder in the Church of the Nazarene and serves as the President /CEO of “Becoming One Marriage Ministries Inc.”, a 501 c 3
non-profit ministry. Pastor Lisa and her husband Phillip founded and incorporated this ministry in 2017, and are passionate about helping couples experience marriage the way God intends it to be. Pastor Lisa is currently serving as the Seni
or Pastor at Reflection Church of the Nazarene, she has also served as an Associate Pastor at Grace Pointe Church of the Nazarene, Second Chance Church of the Nazarene, and Fishers Pointe Community Church. Together, Pastor Lisa and Phillip have led marriage retreats for the past 15 years; ministering to over 110 couples. Pastor Lisa and Phillip have been married 42 years and they love spending time with their children and 13 grandchildren: Isabella, Olivia, Kylan, Macie, Grayson, Evyn, Lennon, Leighton, Nolan, Madeleine.
