I can't describe how much of a blessing our church fellowship was yesterday evening. I think what blessed me the most was everyone hanging around and enjoying each other's company playing volleyball, corn hole, or just chatting. I am so thankful for my church family. Thank you to everyone who participated and brought food. I usually take a lot of pictures but I was able to get one of the pretty serious volleyball ball game that was going on and then a shot from our camera of some fellowship. I also got a screen shot of Deacon Jay shooting a basket, and in the background a fierce corn hole competition taking place.

I am anticipating a great day in the Lord tomorrow! I pray you are as well. I am thankful for what God did last week in our midst but tomorrow is a new day. I am believing God for mighty works to be done among us.

I am also looking forward to our church fellowship tomorrow evening. I want to encourage ALL of our church family to be there, and especially the newer families that have been visiting with us. This will be a great time to get to know one another, and enjoy some good food, games, and fellowship together.

FYI, the food will be in the fellowship hall, and the activities outside.

Please remember this event will start at 5:30.

Thank you for praying for the requests we put on Facebook. I always ask permission first. I am thankful to say that all are doing well and improving. There are still others that need a mighty touch of God.

What could God do with a praying church? Oh my!!!

Make regular visits to the throne room of prayer. By your very standing before God, you have the right and privilege to enter in. There is no ticket, just the shed blood of Christ, and the righteousness of God that was imputed to your account. The door is always open. It is free to you and me, but it cost Christ everything. Consider that, thank God for it, and take advantage of it!!

Church Family:

Please be in prayer for Bro. Don Shuford. He is currently at Frye in the ICU and is intubated. They are running tests to see what has caused his condition. Most of you know Mrs. Macy Penland (now Shuford). This is her husband Logan's father.

Also, please pray for Bro. Chris Powers. He is also at Frye and will possibly have a procedure done Thursday to help with blood clots in his leg.

Please pray for my grandmother Daryl Fielding. She had a fall today and is at the ER.

Miss Kim Austin will be having surgery in the morning. She asked that we pray for her.

Please continue to remember the Payne family in the recent passing of Bro. Jonathan David Payne.

This evening I had the opportunity along with several other churches to represent our church at Ambassador Baptist Bible College. Pray for those students as they begin their classes tomorrow. I met young people from all over the states, and several other countries.

Have a blessed rest of the week, and we look forward to being together tomorrow evening at God's house.
