I never sat with the band of revelers, and I did not celebrate with them. Because your hand was on me, I sat alone, for you filled me with indignation. Why has my pain become unending, my wound incurable, refusing to be healed? You truly have become like a mirage to me — water that is not reliable. As a parent, you are not just raising children—you are waging war for their hearts in prayer. The world will try to shape them, but your prayers can cover them in God’s protection, wisdom, and grace. “The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective” (James 5:16). When you pray for your children, you are standing in the gap, fighting battles they may not even see, and calling on the One who holds their future.

Stabilizing a family facing crisis and unmanageable circumstances is about reducing immediate stress, building relationships, and strengthening the family unit. It’s not about changing everything but creating enough stability and space so they can find their footing again as a family and move forward TOGETHER.

It is about standing in the gap and providing a network of resources and relationships so families can get back on their feet and thrive!
