Last year McBee Chapel became a non-profit entity, overseen by a board. Preservation South Carolina graciously assisted with the process. The church is still meeting at McBee Chapel. The Sunday service time is 10 am. Please feel free to visit.

I think pastors/churches should consider having a yearly sermon on both "The Beatitudes" (Matthew 5) and the "The Love Chapter" (1 Corinthians 13). Both of these passages are...powerful, challenging, and humbling. We need to be anchored in them and reminded of their counter-cultural nature. Soon after I began at McBee Chapel, I had a 4 week sermon series on The Beatitudes. This Sunday, June 30th, the sermon will be on 1 Corinthians 13. (Audio link to sermon in the comments.)
