Greetings HP attendees. If you are bringing a camper that has a 30amp plug, you will need to get a 50amp adapter to plug into to any connection at HPSS. All camper connections are 50amp service connections now. You can get these adapters at Home Depot, Lowe’s, or any other type store. They will cost $23-$33.

Fear not! This will not damage your campers electrical system. Your camper will still draw the same amount of power as always.

I trust this year will be as much of a blessing as the many before it.

Old School Psalter - Coming Soon!

The Old School Hymnal Foundation is pleased to announce that we will be releasing Old School Psalter in the near future.‍

This hymnal containing all 150 Psalms setting the Scottish Psalter in 7-shape, four-part harmony, using familiar hymn tunes. ‍

We have attached an image showing some of the features of the Psalter which include newly set hymnal-style music, KJV verse numbers within the lyrics, large font lyrics, and tune and traditional first-line lyric information.

Greetings HPSS friends. We will have new hymnals this year thanks to a very generous donation last year. The hymnals are Old School Hymnal - Centennial Edition. They will replace both the red and the blue books for the morning session, the general learning session and evening session as well as all classes currently using hymnals in instruction. The hymnals contain a lot of songs from both books we were using as well as some new songs composed by some previous students and teachers. We will keep a small number of the old hymnals for specials.
I think this year is going to be a wonderful experience. I’m looking forward to it and seeing all your lovely faces.

I am planning to have a workday at the HPSS grounds on Saturday July 6th from 9-2. I would love to invite anyone with a desire to serve and the ability to help join us as we prepare the building for the upcoming session. Tasks include sweeping, dusting, washing dishes, cleaning the bathrooms and shower facilities.
