Camp Encouragement run by the Will Triply Foundation has been to the grounds of Concord Meeting two times, hosted by Spicebush Montessori School. Each time the children in the camp say how much fun they have coming to our space and spending time in nature with us.

In dealing with grief, positive affirmations can be incredibly powerful for both adults and children. They remind us of our strength and worth during difficult times. 🌟

Whether it's "I am enough," "I am capable," or "It's okay to cry," these affirmations help us acknowledge our emotions and nurture self-compassion. It's okay to feel silly repeating these affirmations at first, but the impact is REAL.

Embrace them daily to uplift your spirit and navigate your grief journey with resilience. 💙
