A wonderful day was had with our church family, learning about the importance of honest prayer life through Psalm 143 and enjoying a Pot luck BBQ together.

What began in the trenches of World War I has grown into one of America’s most beloved food holidays. It was established in 1938 to ensure the legacy of Salvation Army volunteers known as the "Donut Lassies" is never forgotten.

WHEN 🗓️ The sprinkle-covered holiday is celebrated annually on the first Friday of June.

WHY❓In 1917, Salvation Army volunteers known as the “Donut Lassies” traveled to the front lines in France, hand-frying donuts and delivering essential supplies to boost the morale of weary troops.

Easter Weekend Celebration!!

What a meaningful and joy‑filled Easter weekend we were blessed to share together.

Our Good Friday service grounded us in reflection and hope, setting the tone for a beautiful celebration of the resurrection. Easter morning began with our Sonrise Service, followed by a wonderful time of fellowship at Easter breakfast. A special visit from the Easter Bunny added smiles and laughter as eggs were shared with all. We closed the weekend with Major Rob Lyle’s thoughtful and uplifting message, reminding us of the lasting hope we have in Christ.
