At New Life Fellowship, we want to be a community where people can rebuild together. No one needs to pretend that every part of life is complete. We gather because we need God, His Word, His presence, and one another.

Come fellowship with us and make room for God to renew your faith.

The world around us may change, but the God who called His people to rebuild is still faithful.

The invitation is open to you to be there.

Haggai 2:20–23 gives this series a powerful progression: God shakes what seems permanent, reminds His people who truly rules, and then speaks personally to Zerubbabel: “I have chosen thee.” For New Life Fellowship, that creates a strong message about rebuilding our spiritual lives with confidence in God’s sovereignty, presence, and calling.

22And I will overthrow the throne of kingdoms, and I will destroy the strength of the kingdoms of the heathen; and I will overthrow the chariots, and those that ride in them; and the horses and
their riders shall come down,
every one by the sword of his brother.

23In that day, saith the LORD of hosts, will I take thee, O Zerubbabel, my servant, the son of Shealtiel,
saith the LORD,
and will make thee as a signet:
for I have chosen thee, saith the LORD of hosts.
Haggai 2 : 22-23

Sometimes we can become so busy building our lives that we forget to ask whether we are building what matters most to God.

That is the challenge at the heart of Haggai. God’s people had returned home and rebuilt their own lives, but the house of the Lord remained unfinished. Through Haggai, God interrupted their routine with a searching invitation: “Consider your ways.”

Those words still speak to us. We can fill our calendars, pursue our goals, care for our responsibilities, and still discover that something inside us needs rebuilding. Perhaps our prayer life has become quieter. Perhaps worship has become routine. Perhaps our hunger for Scripture has faded.

This Sunday at 10:00am, New Life Fellowship gathers to worship and hear the Word together. Then Wednesday at 7:00pm EST, we continue the conversation through Scripture, followed by prayer at 7:45pm.

Come ready to ask God a courageous question:
“Lord, what needs rebuilding in me?”

Don’t simply attend another gathering. Make room for God to reorder your priorities, restore what has been neglected, and renew your desire for His presence.

It may be time to build again.

Sunday begins at 9:00am with our Empowering & Equipping Classes for adults and youth, followed by Worship Service at 10:00am.

12Then Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel and Joshua son of Jehozadak, the high priest, as well as all the remnant of the people, obeyed the voice of the LORD their God and the words of the prophet Haggai, because the LORD their God had sent him. So the people feared the LORD. 13Haggai, the messenger of the LORD, delivered the message of the LORD to the people: “I am with you,” declares the LORD.
- Haggai 1 : 12-13

God saw something in those ruins that others could not see. He saw what could be rebuilt.

Perhaps that is where some of us find ourselves spiritually. There may be areas of faith that need strengthening, prayer lives that need renewing, relationships that need restoration, or places where disappointment has caused us to stop building. Ezra reminds us that broken does not mean finished when God is involved.

This week at New Life Fellowship is an invitation to keep building.
Bring Him the unfinished places. Bring Him the broken places. Bring Him the places where you have stopped believing anything can change.

Then pick up the work again.

Let’s rebuild together.

On Monday at 6:30pm, our women gather for prayer, seeking God together and lifting the needs of our families, church, and community before Him. Then Wednesday at 7:00pm EST, we return to Ezra during Sermon Discussion and explore what rebuilding and spiritual renewal can look like in our own lives. At 7:45pm, we respond in prayer.

This week, don’t simply look at the schedule and decide which event fits. Ask a deeper question: Where is God calling me to return?

Come back to worship. Come back to His Word. Come back to prayer. Come back to fellowship.

Let’s return to what matters and allow God to renew us together.

Yesterday, New Life Fellowship joined the Charlotte Crusade team, volunteers, and believers from across our region to pray at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. We walked onto the campus believing that prayer prepares the ground for what only God can do.

Today and tomorrow, those prayers continue as Charlotte Crusade 2026 begins.

We are praying for more than a successful gathering. We are praying for souls to be saved. We are praying for people who feel far from God to encounter Jesus. We are praying for young adults searching for identity and purpose to discover that their deepest hope is found in Christ. We are praying for prodigals to come home, believers to be renewed, and a fresh passion for the Gospel to spread throughout Charlotte.
