you don’t wanna miss tomorrow👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻
New series, “Fulfill Your Ministry.” Video coming soon:
2 Timothy 4:5
But you be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.
You are a spirit you have a soul, and live in a body.
One way God speaks to you is through your conscience, which is part of your soul! So you need to guard your conscience, but some people reject God so much that after he has dealt with them and He’s told them not to do something and they keep rejecting His voice - keeps getting weaker and weaker! They have seared their conscious.
1 Timothy 4:2 speaking lies in hypocrisy, having their own conscience seared with a hot iron. “Conscience seared with a hot iron" is a state of moral insensitivity. It signifies a conscience that has become numb and unresponsive to right and wrong, that one is unable to experience guilt or remorse. This occurs through persistent disobedience and rationalization of sin, leading to a loss of sensitivity to spiritual truth. More focused on their own desires, it implies a hardened and unresponsive conscience, no longer capable of being convicted of sin!
People have even told me that nobody will tell them what they can do who they can hang around with! When that’s been said that’s mighty big words and a slippery slope. Because they’re even saying God cannot correct them!
Amplified Bible
[misled] by the hypocrisy of liars whose consciences are seared as with a branding iron [leaving them incapable of ethical functioning],
What do you do when this happens? The scripture is very plain!
Titus 3:10 Reject a divisive man after the first and second admonition,
Amplified Bible
After a first and second warning reject a divisive man [who promotes heresy and causes dissension—ban him from your fellowship and have nothing more to do with him],
NET) states, "Reject a divisive person after one or two warnings.
WNT) reads: "After a first and second admonition, have nothing further to do with any one who will not be taught."
The Message reads, “Warn a quarrelsome person once or twice, but then be done with him. It’s obvious that such a person is out of line, rebellious against God. By persisting in divisiveness he cuts himself off.”
Proverbs 29:1 He who is often rebuked, and hardens his neck, Will suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy.
Amplified Bible
He who hardens his neck and refuses instruction after being often reproved (corrected, criticized), Will suddenly be broken beyond repair
I like what this one minister said: “Pride makes you susceptible (an open target) to deception, but humility is a protection. Humility will allow you to be teachable and correctable.”
If God can’t deal with them, there’s nothing you can do, but you are supposed to speak up and let him know what the Bible says at least once or twice, and then let it go! But saying nothing and acting like everything’s okay is not biblical. If they repent they
will come back, apologize, and make things right. You will see a change and then you will know God has moved in their heart and they’ve got right with God!
Everyone needs a Pastor that can correct and teach them and help them even pastors…..
