I Accepted The Lord as my personal Savior in 1974. Had been a Licensed Practical Nurse since 1968. Continued my Nursing Career and received RN Diploma and Associate Degree in 1990 after attending Cabarrus Memorial Hospital School of Nursing. My Nursing Experience of 48 years has been beneficial for preparing me as an Evangelist in the Ministry. I worked in areas of Nursing that has included, Emergency Room, Medical Surgical Nursing, Home Health Nursing, Hospice, Jail Nurse and worked as Psychiatric Nurse for more than 11 years. I have worked with clients and families in dealing with emergency situations, sickness, disease, dying, and Death. Providing spiritual, mental and emotional support as needed to my client’s and their family members. I have experience in group therapy for adults with mental illness and drug and alcohol additions. My experience in Nursing has prepared me for my calling as an Evangelist. Strengthening my ability to Minister of The Gospel deepening my understanding of dealing with spiritual, physical emotional and mental needs of people of all ages, s*x, and race. I Retired from Nursing in 2016 to focus on My ministry.
I Studied under Pastor Kenneth Upright of Gods Church of Faith in Kannapolis, NC in 1978. At Gods Church of Faith I did taught Adults and Youth Groups for 3 yrs. I received Ordination and Licensing in 2001 under Pastor Wayne Moore at Words of Life Church in Concord,NC. Ordained and Licensed to Preach The Gospel, perform marriages, administer Sacraments and direct other functions of the Ministry as called on by Pastor Moore. Did assist Pastor Moore with Sacraments and did preach and minister to the Congregation of the Church three times a month. After preaching of word would pray for congregation as needed. Sadly Words of Life Church did Dissolve In spring of 2003. Pastor Moore did expire shortly after the Church Dissolved.
I was Licensed and Ordained by Dr. Kevin L. Hartsell at The Sanctuary Of Concord in Concord,NC on September 28,2008. Ordained and Licensed to Preach The Word of God an to administer all religious rights, working in prophecy and in the Gifts, to perform Marriage and administer the Sacraments. I have been the Evangelist of The Sanctuary Of Concord since 2008. I do assist Dr. Kevin Hartsell in the ministry of the Church whenever possible (pre-Covid-19) I assist Dr. Hartsell with administering The Sacraments and have assisted also with Funerals. During Sunday Church Services weekly will assist Pastor Hartsell with praying for the congregation.
As an Evangelist I do Preach, Minister and hold prayer meetings at other Churches,Tents and Smaller Gatherings when invited and directed by The Lord. Including but not Limited to
Holy Power Church in Rockwell, NC in 2017 for Pastor Cuttshaw
Federal Point Pentecostal Church in Wilmington, NC in 2016 - 2017 for Pastor Iris P. Fowler.
Ministered upon request for Narrow Gate @ Midway United Methodist church Kannapolis and Forest Hill UMC Kerr St Concord 2019 - 2020 for Pastor Jim Hood
Volunteering twice monthly at Operation Homeless in Kannapolis. A soup kitchen service where I ministered the Word and Donated Bibles.
The Purpose of Evangelism is to help spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ in order to see souls accept The Lord as their personal Savior. I have been called to serve The Lord in preaching The Word, witnessing, serving and worship and to proclaim the Good News of Our Savior Jesus Christ in order that person’s will commit their lives to him by faith through confession and repentance of Sin.
I am committed to Christ and exalting his word. To Save and Evangelize to the sinner. To teach and preach the word of God in order to equip the Saints. My main goal and purpose for the Ministry is to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ in Churches and share my sermons on social media platforms.
