Yesterday, we examined how spiritual influences can operate through culture, values, and temptations.Three doorways that can shape our thinking, influence our decisions, and pull us away from God's standards.

🚪 THREE DOORWAYS OF INFLUENCE

1. CULTURE
To become spiritually defiled, corrupted, or negatively influenced by the standards and practices of the world.

2. VALUES
To become bound by recurring spiritual or behavioral patterns that are difficult to break free from.

3. TEMPTATIONS
To follow a recurring pattern or direction that develops over time, gradually shaping our choices, habits, and lifestyle.

The danger is not simply being exposed to the world. It's allowing its influence to shape your convictions without spiritual discernment.

RECOGNIZE THE INFLUENCE. BREAK THE PATTERN. REFUSE TO FOLLOW THE TREND.

A PROPHETIC THOUGHT

It amazes me how easily the Kingdom of God can become distracted by what somebody said, what they didn’t say, what they did, and what they didn’t do.

You rarely see the kingdom of darkness wasting its time fighting over petty offenses among themselves. Yet the enemy understands something about the people of God: if he can get you distracted, he can get you out of position.

If I were a thief and I wanted to rob a house, I wouldn’t have to break the door down. I’d make noise outside just to get the homeowner to come outside.

The noise is the distraction.
The house is the assignment.
And the enemy wants you outside fighting while he’s trying to steal what’s inside.

Stop coming outside for every noise.

Stay in position. Stay focused. Guard what God entrusted to you.
