This Saturday, over 30 of our people- families, adults, and kids- are heading to the Dominican Republic to serve! 🌍

We are so excited to see this team go as they serve alongside the Diez Family and Word of Life Camp. Would you join us in praying for them?

1. Pray for safe travel and unity. Ask God to bring this team together in heart and purpose as they travel and serve, and that everyone would arrive safely and ready to be used by Him.
2. Pray for the people they will serve. Ask God to use this team to show the love of Jesus in a tangible way to the people of the Dominican Republic, and that seeds of the gospel would be planted deeply in the hearts of those they encounter.
3. Pray for the Diez Family and Word of Life Camp. Ask God to encourage and strengthen this faithful ministry as they pour into the lives of students in the Dominican Republic day in and day out.

This past Saturday our church joined the Love Life movement for a prayer walk

We gathered to pray for moms, dads, and babies, for local government, and for healthcare workers involved in abortion. We prayed boldly and we prayed with hope.

And while we were there, one mom chose life. 🤍 Life is precious and God is faithful. Thank you to everyone who walked and prayed with us.

What do a ram, a goat, and a little horn have to do with your life today? More than you might think.

This week we spent time in Daniel chapter 8, one of the stranger passages in scripture, and discovered that it isn't really about ancient kingdoms at all. It's about a God who knows the future because He rules the future. From this passage we were reminded of two powerful truths:

⚔️ Expect opposition. The enemy has always attacked the sacrifice, the sanctuary, and the truth. And he still does today. But none of it has ever threatened the throne of God.

🐑 Fix your eyes on the Lamb. Every fulfilled promise in scripture is a reminder that we can trust the promises that haven't happened yet. The ram, the goat, the little horn- they all fall. But the Lamb wins.

And perhaps the most encouraging moment in the whole chapter? After being wrecked by everything he saw, Daniel simply got up and went back to doing the king's business. That's faithfulness. Not flashy. Not dramatic. Just ordinary obedience day after day.

Whatever you're walking through today, keep doing the king's business. Keep following Jesus. Keep showing up. The Lamb wins!

This Friday, over 20 of our church family are headed to Brooklyn, New York to serve! 🗽

One team will be rolling up their sleeves to help Park Slope Community Church with renovation projects, while another team will be jumping in to help a local church plant host Vacation Bible School and community outreach events.

Would you join us in praying for them this week?

1. Pray for safe travel and open hearts. Ask God to prepare every team member, adults and kids alike, to serve with humility, joy, and a willingness to be used by Him.
2. Pray for the people of Brooklyn. Ask God to use these renovation projects, VBS, and community outreach events to open doors for the gospel and show the love of Jesus to those in the neighborhood.
3. Pray for the local churches they are serving alongside. Ask God to encourage and strengthen Park Slope Community Church and the local church plant as they faithfully minister to their community day in and day out.

Today we are joining the Love Life movement in a day of prayer and fasting. 🙏 We invite you to fast today and to pray intentionally for:

🤍 Mothers and fathers considering abortion
👶 The unborn
🙏 Repentance and salvation for abortion workers
⛪ Local churches to be bold in defending life
💛 Healing for those who have experienced abortion
✝️ An end to abortion and for our culture to truly value life

Chaos may seem loud, but God's throne is never shaken.

This week in Daniel 7, we were reminded that while kingdoms rise and fall, God remains sovereign over every moment of history and every moment of our lives. Biblical prophecy isn't meant to leave us fearful or obsessed with the future; it's meant to fill us with hope because we know the One who holds the future.

No matter what uncertainty, injustice, or difficulty you're facing today, lift your eyes to King Jesus. His kingdom is everlasting, His promises are certain, and our hope is secure in Him.
