WE BELIEVE - in the Great Ends of the Church, as set forth in our Book of Order: "the proclamation of the Gospel for the salvation of humankind; the shelter, nurture, and spiritual fellowship of the children of God; the maintenance of divine worship; the preservation of the truth; the promotion of social righteousness; and the exhibition of the Kingdom of Heaven to the world." WE BELIEVE - in a theology of mission, as expressed in the Westminster Confession of Faith: "... Christ hath commissioned his Church to go into all the world and to make disciples of all nations. All believers are therefore under obligation ... to contribute by their prayers, gifts, and personal efforts to the extension of the Kingdom of Christ throughout the whole earth." WE DO - mission and its related functions in "good Presbyterian order" through the structures of our General Assembly, synods, presbyteries and local churches, which provide accountability in a connectional system. The chief agencies of the General Assembly are the Office of the General Assembly, General Assembly Mission Council, Board of Pensions, Presbyterian Foundation, Presbyterian Investment and Loan Program and Presbyterian Publishing Corporation. WE DO - mission in partnership locally, nationally and globally by prioritizing our available resources, guided by the emphases given by our General Assembly, the biannual meeting of clergy and lay commissioners who represent the presbyteries of the church. Through the General Assembly, all Presbyterians have a voice in setting directions for mission and through their General Mission Giving, have a vital responsibility in carrying out what the General Assembly has mandated.

As our preschool family prepares to start back, we’re a-buzzz with excitement! 🐝

Every bee on this board represents a child, a teacher, a family, and a story that matters. Soon these halls will be filled with laughter, learning, friendship, and the joy of discovering God’s world together.

This year we’re especially excited to launch our Heifer International project soon, as we learn that even the smallest hands can make a big difference near and far.

We can’t wait to welcome all of our little bees back to the hive! 💛🌻🐝

We hate to see summer come to an end, too! Beginning Sunday, September 6, we will return to our regular worship schedule with worship at 11:00 a.m.

Sunday School resumes at 10:00 a.m., and we invite you to join us for Coffee Fellowship at 9:30 a.m. in the Commons Area.

We look forward to gathering together for a new season of worship, learning, and fellowship!

Ohana Sunday showed up and immediately raised the energy level in the room.

It was a great day. Ohana means family and family means no one gets forgotten and no one gets left behind.

We blessed backpacks, wore colorful island attire, and every single person received a lei.

Pastor Katie reminded us of the beautiful gift of belonging and family that we share together.

It may have been hot outside, but that didn’t stop us from having a great time playing co****le, sharing food, and enjoying being together as a church family.

And if you’re wondering where all those beach balls went after worship…

They’re currently being held hostage while the kids played a game, catching them in their oversized, granny pants.

It was a great day!
