What does Abraham buy after decades of waiting on God’s promise?
Not a home.
Not a city.
Not a throne.
A grave.

Genesis 23 is one of the quietest chapters in Abraham’s story, but it may be one of the most powerful. It shows us what faith does when grief is real and the promise still feels unfinished.

Summer often makes us think about rest.
Vacations. Slower evenings. Time away. A chance to breathe.
Those are good gifts.
But Jesus offers something deeper than escape. He offers rest for the soul.

What does true rest look like in a restless world? Join us this Sunday as we explore Jesus' invitation: “Come to Me…and I will give you rest.” We'd love to worship with you.

What happens when the thing you prayed for, waited for, and built your future around is placed before God?
Genesis 22 brings Avraham to the hardest test of his life. Isaac is not just his son — Isaac is the promise embodied.

This Sunday, we’ll sit with one of Scripture’s most difficult and powerful stories: “The Test of the Promise.”
Before the ram is seen, before the mountain is named, before the provision is revealed — the promise is on the altar, the knife is raised, and heaven speaks.

The Table reminds us: we don’t come to God for results, like a transaction or a vending machine.

We come because we love Him—because being with Him is the point. We would rather be with Him than anyone else.

While worshipping at the table allows Christ to forms us, heals us, and restores us in ways both seen and unseen - those are not the primary reason we come—they are the fruit of simply being with Him.

Come to the Table. Join us - every Sunday!

A mother weeping in the wilderness.
A child with no water.
A disputed well.
A covenant of peace.
A tree planted in hope.

Genesis 21 brings us to wells in the wilderness — places of pain, provision, conflict, and peace.

This Sunday, we’ll see that Avraham’s story is not just about receiving God’s promise. It is about learning how to carry God’s blessing. And ultimately, it points us to Jesus, the true Son of Avraham, who brings outsiders near and gives living water to the thirsty.

Join us this Sunday for “Wells in the Wilderness” from Genesis 21:14–34.
