Tuesday, Sept. 8: Trail Life meeting at 6:30pm. Kids in K-12th grade can join!

Wednesday, Sept. 9: Community Bible Study at 6:30pm.

Thursday, Sept. 10: Celebrate Recovery at 5:30pm!

Saturday, Sept. 12: Community Men's Breakfast at 8:30pm at Kinport Assembly of God; Mat-Making for the Homeless here at 9am-12 noon.

Sunday, Sept. 13: Sunday School begins at 9:30am; Worship following at 10:45am. Also Sept. 13: Community Church Service kicks off the Cookport Fair at 7:00pm with Pastor Wallace of Dixonville Wesleyan bringing the message.

: Year-round, we collect donations for Operation Christmas Child, which is a ministry through Samaritan's Purse that offers shoeboxes full of necessities, gifts, and school materials to children in impoverished countries, while also offering Bible classes and preaching the gospel to the shoebox recipients if they choose to attend! This is a critically important mission that we're thrilled to serve alongside. On November 1st, we will have our annual Packing Party & Potluck, where we plan to pack 150 shoeboxes--our biggest goal yet! If you'd like to join us, feel free to join us! If you'd like to donate, items can be dropped off at the church vestibule.

We are making excellent progress toward our Elevator Project, which will help individuals with mobility struggles have better accessibility to our entire facility. Our next fundraiser is an easy one: go out for dinner and part of your bill will be donated to our church! How does it work?

1. Grab a ticket for Hoss's in Indiana, PA (please contact Lori, Mona, Carolyn, or Michaela for a ticket).
2. Eat at Hoss's in Indiana, PA from 11am-8:30pm on September 27, 2026, and present your ticket when ordering!
3. Enjoy your meal!

We are so thankful to Hoss's for partnering with us in this project. Some Q&A:
1. Tickets are FREE! If you don't know who to contact, please comment below or message the church page. We'll get it figured out!
2. What do you have to do? Just present your ticket to your server while ordering. Only one ticket is needed per bill. Hoss's takes care of the rest!

A BIG thank you to Montgomery Community Fellowship Church for hosting a food drive and generously donating 245.9 pounds of food to our food pantry! 🥫

Troop families! American Heritage Girls will not be meeting this evening, but Trail Life will still be meeting at 6:30pm!

This Sunday, we will begin offering discipleship-based small groups as part of our Sunday school lineup! If you would like to take a deeper, discussion-based approach toward cultivating your relationship with Christ, anyone may join us in the church basement to cover the Sunday school lesson. Those interested in the teacher-led lessons may do so upstairs as usual. In addition, we offer Sunday school classes for children and teens! Please consider joining us from 9:30am-10:30am on Sunday mornings for this exciting new phase of our church life! There will be coffee and treats afterwards, as always 😉
