You don’t know what’s inside an orange until you squeeze it. And sometimes, life squeezes us too—through provocation, disappointment, betrayal, and conflict.
What comes out of you when you’re squeezed?
Anger? Malice? Bitterness? Unforgiveness?
Or love, grace, patience, and forgiveness?
Jesus was provoked, rejected, betrayed, and mistreated—and yet He responded with love and forgiveness.
The pressure didn’t create what came out. It revealed what was already inside.
So the question isn’t just, “Why did they make me angry?”
The deeper question is: “What is in me?”
May God help us fill our hearts with so much love, grace, and Christ that when life squeezes us, Jesus is what comes out. 🙏🏽
