It is deeply dehumanizing to realize a religious space views you as a metric, a donation bucket, or a token testimony.

A major green flag is when leadership genuinely views you as a whole person, independent of what you can "do" for the institution. Whether you are in survival mode, in transition, or simply checking things out from a safe distance, your presence matters to us because you matter. We're not tracking your performance; we're just honored to share the space.

It’s hard to imagine a world without Dolly Parton, but thanks to her incredible heart, her legacy is written into the childhoods of generations to come.

She believed that every child, no matter their background, deserved the magic of books and the big dreams that come with them. That vision lives on every single month right here through our local affiliate, the Chattahoochee Valley Imagination Library.
