Things aren't all the way we want them to be—but we still trust God. He's still good, and the ending is still beautiful.

This Sunday, Pastor Travis reminded us that endings are part of life, but they don't have to leave us stuck. Whether it's a loss we didn't expect, a failure that weighs heavy, or a future that looks uncertain, God is asking: "How long will you mourn before you embrace the chapter I have for you now?"

Samuel grieved over King Saul's failure, but God had a new plan—David was coming. One bad chapter doesn't ruin the whole story. God isn't done writing yours either.

If you've been stuck in grief, regret, or fear of what's next, this message is for you. We don't grieve like those who have no hope (1 Thessalonians 4:13). God still has purpose for you in this season. Trust Him today—the best chapters may be just around the corner.

Reova is such a special part of the C1Naz family! She is a quiet, steady force - making a huge impact for the Kingdom of God.
You’ll often find Reova serving on our hospitality team, welcoming people on Sunday mornings with a warm smile and genuine love for others. She also faithfully serves in our Prime Time Ministry through events and meaningful devotionals that encourage and inspire.
Reova leads a women’s connect group, walking alongside women who are seeking healing and growth in different areas of their lives. She is also a dedicated prayer warrior and an important part of our prayer ministry, faithfully lifting others up before the Lord.
No matter the event or need, Reova is always willing to jump in and help wherever she can. Her servant’s heart, faithfulness, and compassion make such a difference in our church family.
Thank you, Reova, for all the ways you love and serve others so well! 👏💐

David: The Life of a King

This week we were reminded that grief and endings are part of the human journey. We grieve when the future looks dark, when we lose someone we love, when we feel like we’ve failed, and when an ending comes that we never wanted. Yet God is not finished with our story.

A bad chapter doesn’t end the whole story, and it doesn’t ruin the whole story. We can let mourning keep us from obedience, but God invites us to trust Him in the chapter we are living now.

Ask yourself:
Is there an ending I am stuck on?
Is there an ending I need to make?

Things aren’t all the way I want them to be. But I still trust God. He is still good. And the ending is still beautiful.

Throughout this series, we've explored how God speaks, guides, and directs His people. We've talked about discerning His voice, seeking His wisdom, and following His leading in our everyday lives. But all of that points back to one foundational truth: our relationship with Jesus.

If we want to recognize God's voice and walk confidently in His will, it begins with knowing Him personally-not just knowing about Him. As we close out our series, "Is God Trying to Tell Me Something?", this final message brings everything together and reminds us of the most important decision we will ever make.

No matter where you are in your faith journey, there's a place for you here. We'd love to welcome you to C1Naz on Sundays at 10:00 AM.

Is there anything Christy Boes-Eubanks doesn’t do? Honestly… we don’t know how she does it all!

Christy serves faithfully in so many areas at C1NAZ, and each one is impacted by her compassion, leadership, and servant’s heart. On Sunday mornings, you’ll often find her serving on our Hospitality Team, greeting people with a warm smile and helping everyone feel welcomed from the moment they walk through the doors.

She also leads our Missions Team and serves in Community Engagement, constantly looking for opportunities for our church to reach outside the walls of the building and show the love of Jesus to our community in practical ways. Christy has a heart for people and a passion for helping others serve and connect.

As our Baptism Coordinator, she works behind the scenes to make sure every baptism service runs smoothly and that each person being baptized feels celebrated, prepared, and cared for during such an important moment in their faith journey.
On top of all of that, Christy also serves in C1Ladies Ministry, our Shut In Ministry - helping those who are unable to attend church still feel loved, remembered, and connected - C1Kidz, the Church Board, and the Daycare Board. Her willingness to serve wherever needed is truly inspiring.

Christy leads with humility, kindness, and a genuine love for people. So much of what she does happens quietly behind the scenes, but the impact she makes is felt all throughout our church and community.

Thank you, Christy, for the countless ways you pour into C1NAZ and for being such an incredible example of serving others with the love of Jesus!

As we wrapped up our series, "Is God Trying To Tell Me Something?", Pastor Travis reminded us that discerning God's will isn't about finding a secret formula—it's about being continually transformed by Him.

We all ask questions like:
❓ How do I know God's will?
❓ Is it God speaking or just me?
❓ What do I do when God feels silent?

Pastor Travis pointed us back to Romans 12:1-2 and reminded us that God's will is good, pleasing, and perfect.
The goal isn't simply making the right decision. It's becoming the kind of person who is continually transformed by God.

Save these 7 questions for the next time you're seeking direction, facing a big decision, or needing wisdom.
May we be people who are continually renewed by Christ, listening for His voice, trusting His leading, and surrendering to His will.
