Never once thought I'd be the Connectional YPD President, but it is true that God works in mysterious ways. I thank God for the support of my family, my church, my predecessor, and my Executive Board. Let's bring it to a strong finish in July.

The YPD gave me friends who became like family to me. I am forever grateful for them, the roles they've played in my life, and all the ways they've blessed me, even when they didn't realize it. Happy .

As a seminarian, I have a laundry list of complaints concerning Paul's theology, but Roman 8:28 has been a guiding scripture and daily affirmation for as long as I can remember. It has given me strength and reassurance through many of the challenges of my life.
