Sunday recap from Pastor Casey as he concluded the Road Trip Series.....
One of the ways that we break old habits and patterns of thinking is to remember a time when we experienced the presence and power of God in a personal way – a boost of confidence or burst of courage, a sense of peace or moment of awe, a prayer answered or hope restored – and to trust that God will continue to provide.

North or south, east or west, following God is always best. High or low, near or far, God can guide us wherever we are on any road, path or route. Join Pastor Casey Wilson as he continues the sermon series Road Trip and gives the message, The Israelites Take the Scenic Route, focusing on Exodus 13:17-22. 🛣

Road Trip is this year's theme for Vacation Bible School on June 4 and 5. All kids ages Kindergarten-5th grade are invited to attend. If you haven't registered for VBS this is the last call!

What a wonderful Spring morning at church! 🎶
Today, we welcomed back Isaac Fleece to the music team, were blessed by the beautiful sounds of the NB Bell Choir, and heard Pastor Casey remind us of a simple but powerful truth from Vacation Bible School, Road Trip.

Pastor Casey turns this week to Genesis and the call of Abram as he continues the sermon series, Road Trip. Abram embarked on a long journey from old to new, comfortable to challenging, familiar to unknown, and along the way he discovered God's mercy in relationship. On our journey through life, we, too, experience mercy in relationship with God and one another.

A Mothers's Day Prayer...
We thank you and ask your blessing on mothers who love and nurture their children with the same unconditional love with which you nurture us.

We pray for mothers who for whatever reason cannot or do not care for their children. Work in those mothers’ hearts to give them at least enough compassion to entrust their children into the care of someone else. Watch over and protect those children and surround them with people who will nurture and love them.

We pray for and ask your blessing on mothers who have lost children. Bind up the wounds of their heart and keep before them the promise of eternal life.

We pray your blessing on women who want to be mothers but have no children of their own. Encourage them and remind them that their identity is not bound up in being a biological mother, but in being your beloved child.

We thank you and ask your blessing on ALL who nurture and care for others. They are an invaluable gift.

We remember and give thanks for mothers who are no longer with us on earth, but live forever in our hearts and in your glory. Thank you for their witness of love and faith and for the joy they know in your eternal presence.
