Our parish is blessed to be experiencing an increase in new families joining our parish community and an increase in parishioner participation in our ever-growing list of Parish Ministries. In the past few years, we have added and expanded many new and growing ministries that serve every aspect of our parish life. Alpha, Symbolon, That Man is You, Walking with Purpose, our Hospitality Ministry, ou
r Bereavement Committee, Marriage and Family Life, Respect Life, Little Saints, Care on Call, St. Vincent de Paul, and many more ministries help us to serve and grow in our Catholic faith and bring us closer to Jesus. Combined with Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Knights of Columbus, athletic programs and school programs, our facilities are “bursting at the seams”. Over a year ago, Father Dury met with Ministry Leaders, School Administrators and Parishioners to explore solutions to address our severely limited meeting, classroom and preschool spaces, as well as our site and physical plant issues. Those conversations have lead us to envision a project that will expand and improve our facilities at St. Catharine including the creation of a new uplifting Adoration Chapel; a new Parish Center with reception/meeting spaces, kitchen and storage areas; a new Prayer Garden; additional classrooms for St. The project will be funded through a capital campaign entitled “For God’s Glory”. That’s where you come in! Please consider your role in bringing this project to life with your support of this campaign and your contribution For God’s Glory!
