Elder Carmen, is a strong woman. She exceeds the limit in giving to her family and Church.
Elder Carmen J. Jones-Dobbins is a passionate speaker, author, and servant leader dedicated to empowering others—especially women—to live with purpose, faith, and authenticity. While studying for her Masters in Christian Counseling, she currently has a background in education as a paraprofessional, she brings both heart and strategy to every space she enters.

Elder Carmen is the author of a children’s book and uses her voice to inspire across generations, blending storytelling, real-life experiences, and spiritual insight. Her message is rooted in resilience, having overcome personal challenges and seasons of loss with unwavering faith. Once told she would never have children, Elder Carmen now celebrates
motherhood with her three children—each a testament to faith, hope, and God’s promises.

Known for her transparent and relatable approach, Carmen speaks truth with boldness while extending grace, encouraging others not to simply go through the motions of life but to live intentionally and fully. Her life is anchored in her deep relationship with God, with scriptures like Proverbs 3:5-6 guiding her journey.

Whether she is ministering, writing, or serving her community, Elder Carmen is committed to helping others heal from within, grow in faith, and walk confidently in their God-given purpose.

She is our First Lady and Elder therefore we honor and love her!
