Building the Kingdom, one citizen at a time, Over-coming day to day issues, through faith in the word of the father, in the name of the
son, through the power of the Holy Spirit. 1 John 5:4-8 Pastors Neal Donnell and Roberta Stephens are native to Columbus, OH. They were introduced to the ministry early in their Christian life as the Children’s Church President (Lady Roberta) and teacher (Pastor

After moving to The Way of Holiness Church in 1994, Pastors Neal and Roberta Stephens where trained in various church positions, often working side by side with the presiding Bishop Dr. Christine C. Pastors Neal and Roberta were faithful to all that was asked of them. Both sang in the mass choir where Pastor Neal is still to this day remembered for his rendition of the song “I found me a solid Rock found when I found Christ”. In 1998, Pastors Neal and Roberta Stephens obtained their degrees in Bible Theology. In the year 2000 Pastors Neal and Roberta Stephens where blessed by the presiding Bishop C.C. They worked hand in hand with the National mother Mrs. Bea Johnson and two Elders Melvin and Mrs. Rei Butler and their two small children under the direction of the Bishop CC MCGee in church on McKnight Lane. Pastors Neal and Roberta Stephens served four of the best years of their lives in Amite and both are very grateful for all that the Lord has done in their lives. While there, they accumulated a host of friends and family that was birthed in that season. We are better for knowing them all. It was in Amite, Louisiana, where Pastors Neal and Roberta Stephens met Pastor Jarvis J. Crockerham of Higher Height Fellowship now Revision Church International. Pastors Neal and Roberta Stephens were ordained as Pastors. From this, Over-Comers Ministry was founded in Amite, Louisiana. After Hurricane Katrina, the ministry was relocated to Columbus, OH. From small beginnings and tumultuous storms in the natural and spiritual, the ministry continues to flourish. Over-Comers Ministry operated as an evangelistic ministry until the re-launch in April of 2015 at 1741 Cleveland Avenue in Columbus where God has blessed them to grow and continue to grow into a loving beautiful family called by God.
