St. Thomas Episcopal Church

St. Thomas Episcopal Church Love God. Love Every Person. Learn & Serve Together. We are a community of learning grounded in scripture and open to new ideas. St. At St. Thomas, ALL means ALL.

We are a vibrant community with beautiful worship in which God speaks through liturgy, readings, reflections, and music. We are a congregation that seeks, welcomes, and values all people. We offer opportunities for people of all ages, all genders, and all backgrounds to grow, wherever you are on your journey of faith. We participate and lead ministries of service and justice inspired by Christ's w

ord and example. Thomas was founded in 1958 and is a congregation of about 400-600 people. A few folks have been here for a long time, but a lot of us are newcomers! Some of us grew up as Episcopalians, some of us came from other Christian traditions, and some of us have no religious background at all! We strive to welcome and affirm in membership and leadership people of all ages, races, physical abilities, backgrounds, sexual orientations, and gender identity or expression. Women, men, nonbinary persons and those who identify as LGBTQ+ may serve on governing bodies, lead in worship, teach children, and be ordained as clergy. We give thanks for our differences, knowing that we are all beloved creations of God and of infinite worth.

Summer of Service Opportunity Added this Week!

Tour The Stewart Community Home with us on Tuesday, June 23 at 10.

Children at VBS and others at St. Thomas have collected personal items for residents at The Stewart Community Home. As a part of our Summer of Service we’re offering an opportunity to visit The Stewart Community Home and learn more about their residents and their work.

Providing Care and Support for the Disabled and Homeless
The Stewart Community Home is committed to offering compassionate and secure housing for adults with disabilities, assisting them as they transition from homelessness or difficult situations and allowing them to realize their God given dignity to achieve relative independence, all for their well-being and the glory of God.

St. Thomas has been partnering with this group for several years in a variety of ways and we hope you’ll meet us there and learn more about this wonderful organization in our community.

For those who can join us tonight as we cheer on the Clingstones for a fun evening of baseball and fellowship: we are excited to gather together at the ballpark!

Stadium gates open at 6:00 p.m., giving everyone plenty of time to visit with friends, enjoy dinner, and settle in before the first pitch.

Our group will be seated in the picnic area with general admission access. Look for familiar faces, pull up a chair, and save a seat for a friend.

We look forward to sharing a wonderful evening of community, conversation, and baseball with our church family. See you at the game!
