Northwest United Methodist Church Loved by God, we find belonging in community and purpose in loving the world. We’re a family of Christians located in northwest Columbus, Ohio.

Some refer to our church as "The Church on the Hill" as we are recognized by our beautiful location on the Scioto River. We're in a unique, diverse, multi-community setting, serving Columbus, Hilliard, Dublin residents, and offer a variety of outreach and mission opportunities. Compassion Camp: What Every Living Things Need (our Vacation Bible School this year) starts in just 1 week!

❤️ Open to 3 years old (must be potty trained) - 5th grade (based on recent grade completed). 4th and 5th graders have a special Mini Missions camp that will take them off site for projects including a visit to the Dublin Food Pantry and bingo at Friendship Village.

🍽️ An optional dinner is served from 5:15-5:45 making it easy for the whole family to get dinner before the program starts

🕦 Compassion Camp will be from 6-8 p.m. each evening and rotations include Bible stories, art, games, and a chance to put what we're learning into action.

After our Bible lesson about Jesus welcoming the little children, our Northwest Kids got to work planting potatoes, tomatoes, and peppers in the Northwest Children's Garden. They worked hard and had fun doing it! Produce from the garden is delivered to families in our neighborhood in need of fresh food.

Kids small groups meet every Sunday at both 9:30 and 11, and our Compassion Camp: What Every Living Thing Needs Vacation Bible School is coming up in just over a week (nwumc.com/vbs). All are welcome!
