On May 11, 2023 Smith Grove AMEZ Church attended the second Partners In Education Meeting at Forest Road Elementary School. The meeting was Lead by the principal Ms. Smith and was very informative. We were informed on student status, needs and progress. They performed excellent on their end of year testing and ready for the next phase in their education journey. May God bless these untiring educators that go the extra mile to educate our youth.

This is the day that the lord has made,let us rejoice in it.
At the 147th Annual Alabama Conference Smith Grove was assigned a New Pastor.We have our first assigned female pastor in the name of Rev.Dr.Linda Wright.
Our previous pastor was promoted and assigned to Thompson Chapel AME Zion Church.
We wish him and Rev.Lenora Bryant Perry gods grace and success.
To our new pastor, welcome aboard and may God grace you ,the congregation and all of Gods children with his blessings.
