What a blessing it was to spend two evenings with the St. Matthew Parish community!

The Catholic Foundation was warmly welcomed to host Finish the Race: Catholic Estate Planning Series. Parishioners came together over faith and fellowship to explore questions about the next stage of life: How do we steward what God has entrusted to us? How do we plan for the end of life with intention, dignity, and Catholic values at the center?

From drafting wills and trusts rooted in Catholic teachings to walking through funeral liturgy and choosing a final resting place, these evenings offered practical guidance wrapped in prayerful purpose. Thank you to our fantastic speakers and everyone who attended!

What a wonderful afternoon we shared together at Fire and Stone Pizzeria! On behalf of The Catholic Foundation's Professional Advisors Group, we are grateful to everyone who attended for taking the time to join us for our luncheon in Chillicothe.

A special thank you to Fr. Thomas Blau, O.P., whose thoughtful reflections on the role professional advisors play in helping clients balance financial security with faithful stewardship offered a meaningful perspective for both our work and our lives.

We are grateful for the conversations and community you help make possible, and we look forward to seeing you at our next gathering! For more information on how you can make an impact on the Catholic faith through your profession, please visit https://catholic-foundation.org/about/advisors/

Beyond the Sunday offertory.

Every parish in the Diocese of Columbus maintains a
dedicated endowment fund, managed by The Catholic Foundation. Unlike the weekly offertory, an endowment is a long-term, sustained investment vehicle. Contributions are invested, and the income generated provides the parish with a perpetual source of funding to support its broader mission and general needs, year after year. Fortifying the faith for generations to come.

If you want to learn more about supporting your parish's endowment fund, contact Scott Hartman at [email protected].
