The Sanctuary Church We exist to see Columbus, Indiana grow in Christ, truth, and community. We are a vibrant congregation of believers who are unified by our faith in a living God.

This unity is demonstrated in our pursuit to live God's Word, to zealously disciple the Body of Christ, to continually allow the Holy Spirit to work in us, and to passionately worship Him in Spirit and in Truth. Though we are strengthened by our unity, the Sanctuary also celebrates the diversity of our community. We are very diverse -racially, culturally, socio-economically, and in the formation of our family units. Whatever your demographic we do our best to make certain you feel welcome.

Today we heard a word from Bro. Sizemore “Small cords and heavy carts”

This powerful sermon showed us the difference between weights and sin. Weights are what is handed to us but sin is an action we do ourselves. Sin in and of itself is lawlessness as well as direct disobedience to God’s word.

There are three cords of vanity
1. Lies
2. Ignorance
3. Deceit
We encourage you to get in your word this week. Study it and live it out so that way we know what to avoid but also so we know what to do.
