The Franklin County Young Marines unit led and hosted by Maranatha Deliverance Tabernacle were busy helping serve the Tuesday community meal. They also presented a talk on alcohol abuse. The Young Marines are a youth education and service organization for ages 8 through high school.

REMINDER: ANNUAL CORN ROAST TODAY Saturday August 15th. 2:00pm. Dining will be indoors if the weather forecast looks unfavorable. Corn, brats and hamburgers will be provided. A side dish or something to share would be appreciated.

Special Note: Council is meeting with a potential interim/transitional Pastor Candidate on Monday. The candidate and his wife are planning to attend the corn roast if you would like a chance to meet them.

This past Sunday was the last worship service at Grace of God led by our interim/transitional Pastor Bill McKee. He provided spiritual care and leadership for the congregation and will be missed. The link below is a recording of the service.

Going forward we will appreciate having different voices from the pulpit and perspectives on the Gospel as we return to weekly supply pastors to lead our worship services.
