Dear Light in the Woods Family and Friends,

After much prayer, reflection, and gratitude to Holy Spirit, I am sharing with you that the time has come for me to retire from full time ministry effective July 1. This decision has not come easily, because serving this congregation for 25 years has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. I am thankful for the love, faith, and fellowship we have shared through our years together.

We have walked through seasons of joy and sorrow, celebration and challenge, and through it all God has been with us. I will always treasure the memories we have made, the prayers we have prayed, and the ways we have grown together in faith. While this marks the close of one chapter, I trust wholeheartedly that God’s hand will continue to guide and bless each of you in the days ahead.

Thank you for allowing me to serve and walk the path alongside you. You will always hold a special place in my heart and in my prayers. May God continue to strengthen us, fill us with peace, and lead us into a future full of hope.
