In honor of Women’s History Month, we’re spotlighting Nikki Tinsley Harland, CEO of Concessions International, a valued concessions partner at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

With more than 30 years of leadership across dining, retail, entertainment, and professional sports, Nikki has built a career defined by growth, innovation, and impact. Today, she leads a $120M+ organization, driving strategic expansion and strengthening its presence in the travel retail and hospitality industries.

Before joining Concessions International, Nikki served as Chief Operating Officer of Paradies Lagardère, where she oversaw $1.6 billion in sales and led major initiatives across retail, dining, and business transformation, including key acquisitions that expanded the company’s footprint.

Beyond her professional achievements, Nikki is deeply committed to community leadership, serving on boards including Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, the National Center for Civil and Human Rights, AMAC, and Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta. Her work has earned her numerous honors, including Atlanta’s Top 100 Women of Influence and AXN’s Woman of Influence.

Her leadership continues to inspire the next generation and shape the future of the industry.
