Important announcement: Tuesday’s Mass Schedule Has Changed

On Tuesday, June 23, we are honored to welcome the Knights of Malta to St. John the Baptist.

Adoration will begin at 5:00 PM, followed by Mass at 6:00 PM. Please note that this schedule change is for Tuesday only.

The Knights of Malta invite young adults to join them for Adoration and Mass as they share more about their vocation of faith and service. Following Mass, members of the Order may be available to answer questions about their mission, their work, and how young Catholics can become involved.

The Sovereign Military Order of Malta is one of the oldest lay religious orders in the Catholic Church, with a history dating back to the 11th century. Founded in Jerusalem to care for pilgrims and the sick, the Order continues its mission today by serving those in need through humanitarian relief, medical care, disaster response, and charitable works in more than 120 countries. Members strive to live out their faith through prayer, service, and defense of human dignity.

We hope you’ll join us for this special evening of prayer, fellowship, and learning more about this historic Catholic order.

Today on Father’s Day, we pray for all fathers: those who are new dads, grieving a loss, or longing to become fathers. We also pray for husbands facing infertility, that they may be strengthened in their vocation to love.

Join Sacred Heart for Mass this Father’s Day weekend as we pray for and honor all fathers, grandfathers, godfathers, spiritual fathers, and father figures.

We will also offer a special blessing for fathers at Mass.

Congratulations to Monroe, who was baptized at St. John the Baptist yesterday!
May Jesus Christ, who loves all children, bless this precious little one with His love and grace on the special day of her baptism. We are praying for Monroe that she grows close to Our Lord throughout her life!
