The Knights of Columbus will host a parish dance on Saturday February 7 from 6:00pm until 10:00pm in the St. Cecilia Parish Center (gym). The cost is $30.00/person and will feature pizza, snacks, games, a cash bar, and the return of the band Funky Waters. We encourage all to attend for a night of fellowship and lots of fun right before the beginning of Lent. All proceeds benefit Columbus Diocese Seminarians. Ticket pre-sales will begin after all the weekend Masses on January 24 & 25.

The cost of the breakfast will be: adult - $7.00, child - $4.00, and family - $25. The breakfast will include choice of pancakes (plain or blueberry), French toast, sausage, hash browns, egg strata, scrambled eggs, sausage gravy & biscuits, juice, tea, milk, or coffee. The Knights of Columbus will be hosting their Annual Lenten Fish Fries again this year. The Fish Fries will be on the Fridays of Lent, March 7 through April 11.

The hours of operation will be 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Both dine-in and drive-thru options will be available. Dine-in will be in the Parish Center (these customers should park in the main lot) and drive-thru customers should use the South entrance off Norton Road by the school. Prices for dinners: adult – $11.00, child – $6.00, family – $40.00 (includes 2 adults and up to 4 children under 18).

Dinners will include: choice of fried ocean perch, baked cod, or shrimp; choice of baked potato or french fries; choice of cole slaw or macaroni & cheese; green beans, roll, dessert and a drink. Additional fried perch or a combo of fish and shrimp are available for an additional charge. Fish sandwiches and fish sandwich combos are also available. Boxes of just fried ocean perch will be available in the drive-thru only.

The Knights of Columbus will gladly take dessert donations each week during the Fish Fries. Cakes, brownies, and cookies work the best, however, please do not provide any desserts that contain nuts or peanut butter. Dessert items can be dropped off at the Parish Center kitchen from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursdays (beginning March 6) or on Fridays starting at 12:30 p.m.

The Knights of Columbus will be sponsoring their annual Free Throw Shoot on Saturday, February 8th from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the Parish Center (gym). This event is free for all girls and boys ages 9 – 14, as of January 1. Each participant will shoot 15 free throws. Shoot-offs to break ties will be done at 12:00 p.m. A girl and a boy winner in each age category will advance to the District Free Throw Shoot later in February.
