A beautiful day of rest, reflection, and sisterhood. 💙

The Bridgettine Sisters live a deeply dedicated life of prayer, service, and hospitality. Once or twice each year, they are blessed with the opportunity to step away together for a simple day of reflection and renewal.

We are especially grateful to a very generous friend and benefactor who recently opened his lake home to the Sisters for their day retreat. What a gift to have a peaceful place to pray, enjoy God’s creation, laugh together, and return refreshed to their daily ministry.

We are continually humbled by the kindness of friends who share what God has entrusted to them — whether their time, talents, resources, or even their homes — all for His greater glory.

Thank you for loving and caring for our Sisters so beautifully. 🙏💙

A beautiful glimpse into Bridgettine life in Darien, Connecticut. ❤️

A friend of the Bridgettine Sisters in Columbus recently had the privilege of spending the night at the Bridgettine Convent in Darien. While there, she captured these special moments of the Sisters in prayer, community and daily life.

Though miles separate the Sisters in Columbus and Darien, they are beautifully united in the same vocation of prayer, hospitality and unity of the Church.

What a blessing to see the quiet beauty of their life together — centered always on Jesus. 🙏

Sr. Jose Mary joined the Buckeye Catholic community for an alumni Mass! What a joy to gather in prayer and fellowship, united by our love for Jesus.

As we share one last round of memories from the Tommy Piolata Memorial Golf Outing, our hearts are filled with gratitude. This year’s outing exceeded our expectations- netting over $60,000 to help build the Bridgettine Sisters’ chapel and retreat house!

This blessing would not have been possible without our generous sponsors, golfers, donors, and everyone who supported us in prayer. A special thank-you to Father Watson and the Piolata family, who devoted so many hours behind the scenes to make this day possible and honor Tommy’s memory. Also thank you, Brother Tommy Piolata for your beautiful message which inspired us all at dinner! (‘if you want to live a life worth living, don’t just walk, walk forward! ‘ stay tuned for full video clip!)

A beautiful morning of faith, reflection, and fellowship with the Bridgettine Sisters. 🤍

On our 1st Saturday retreat, Father Dailey Stash led us in reflections on The Rosary, St. Bridget of Sweden, and the call to grow closer to Christ through prayer.

We were reminded that the Rosary is more than words we recite. It is an invitation to enter more deeply into the life of Jesus with Our Lady beside us.

Thank you to the Sisters for their warm hospitality and to everyone who joined us. May the grace of this gathering continue through the love we share with our families, friends, and neighbors.
