KROGER COMMUNITY REWARDS PROGRAM

The Kroger Community Rewards Program offers an easy, completely cost-free way to give to Second Baptist Church. Each time you use your Kroger Plus card when paying for purchases, a percentage of what you spend will be credited to Second Baptist’s Community Rewards account. The church will earn a quarterly cash rebate based on the percentage of the total spent that quarter.

To sign up for the Kroger Community Rewards Program please follow these step-by-step instructions:

1. Go to: https://www.kroger.com/account/enrollCommunityRewardsNow/ on your computer, tablet, phone

2. Click on "Want to enroll"

3. Sign in with your Kroger account information – the email you use to set up the account, and Password. If you don’t have a Kroger account, click on create an account and follow the steps for creating an account. Once you’ve created a new account continue with Steps 4- 6

4. Once you’ve logged in, click on Community Rewards on the left hand side of the screen

5. Click in the ‘FIND’ box and type in “Second Baptist Church”

6. Once Second Baptist Church comes up, click the ‘ENROLL’ button.

7. Log out

If you do not have a computer or email account, call 1-800-576-4377 to talk to a customer service representative. You will need your Kroger Plus Card when calling. Choose Option #3. They will ask you for Second Baptist’s NPO number EC249 to complete the process. If you have any questions or problems, please contact the church office at 614-253-4313

LILIES AT THE ALTAR: We are taking orders in the Troy Wing TODAY for Easter lilies to be placed in the sanctuary on Resurrection Sunday, April 21st in memory of and to honor our loved ones. The cost is $10 per plant. Make checks payable to Second Baptist Church. Please do not place orders or payments in the collection plates. The deadline to place your order is Sunday, April 14th. MISSION SUNDAY: In keeping with our Church Initiative to increase our support of the Lott Carey Foreign Mission, next Sunday, March 31, 2019, during our worship service we will take up a special offering designed for this purpose. EASTER SS PROGRAM REHEARSAL: The annual Easter Sunday School Program will be held on Sunday, April 21st at 9:30 a.m. All persons who received a script or would like to be a part of the program, please meet us at the church to rehearse on Saturday, March 30th at 11:30 a.m. Sister Carolyn Holmes.

CHILDREN’S CHURCH: The Children’s Church Ministry is dedicated to helping our children grow spiritually through education and putting the knowledge they gain into action. In order to accomplish these goals, we need their undivided attention at all times. When unscheduled visitors come into the midst, this causes a distraction for both our children and volunteers. We are asking that unless you are scheduled to be a part of the ministry, please refrain from being in the area on Sundays during service. Parents are permitted only when you are dropping off or picking up your children. This includes passing through the area. Thank you for your help! WOMEN’S MINISTRY: All women of Second Baptist 18 years and older, you are invited to the kick-off meeting for our Second Baptist Women’s Ministry on Saturday, January 19th at 9:00 a.m. in the sanctuary.
