To God Be The Glory!

What an absolutely perfect day! Thank you to everyone - all 380 of you- who traveled near and far to make the Christ Lutheran Church 150th Anniversary event noting short of incredible!

The smiles, hugs and reminiscing of former classmates, joyous voices in unison singing praises and great food and fellowship will forever be the highlights of the Celebration of Christian Education on July 4, 2021!

This confirmation class photo hanging on the wall in the church basement was taken in 1938.....and we plan to re-create it on July 4th during the Celebration of Christian Education event!

Join us on July 4th for a special worship service, a catered lunch, confirmation picture, family activities ( bounce house and yard games), school tours and finally a pie and ice cream social. All activities begin at 10:00 am!

We need your help- comment below to RSVP! Tag your confirmation class members to remind them to RSVP as well. Let us know by Tuesday, June 15th that you plan to attend!

Thank you to the Christ Lutheran Youth Group and family volunteers for helping prepare the campus for the 150th Anniversary events starting this summer!

Youth worked together to remove the landscaping around the school in preparation of new material to be laid soon.

Time slots are going fast for getting your picture taken for the 150th Anniversary church directory! See the details below!

The 150th Anniversary Committee invites all congregation members to sign up for time slot for the new church directory! Time slots are available on April 9th (4:00 – 7:00 pm), April 10th (10:00 – 5:30 pm), April 11th (11:00 am – 2:00 pm). When signing up for a time, please note the Quarterly Voter’s Meeting is scheduled for April 11th immediately following worship. Sign up by March 28th using this link: https://bit.ly/3kWji8s. We are asking congregation members to assist their family and friends who may not have internet access by helping them get signed up for a time. For anyone who needs assistance, please contact Jill A. Goedeken at 402-276-5838. Need to submit a photo? Please email it to [email protected] or drop off a hard copy in the church office by March 28th. Details regarding purchasing photo packages and a directory will be available soon.
