🚨 EXCELLING GA… WE’RE STEPPING INTO NEW! 🚨

There are seasons when God calls you to move, shift, grow, and make room for what’s NEXT! And we believe we’re entering one of those seasons right now! 🙌🏾🔥

You may notice a NEW LOOK, a NEW LOGO, and beginning THIS SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 6TH, a NEW SERVICE TIME!

⏰ The Excelling Experience now begins at 10:00AM!

That’s right—10AM! 😎🙌🏾

But while some things are changing, our mission remains the same: JESUS! We’re committed to creating a place where people can encounter Christ, grow in His Word, experience authentic worship, and become everything God has called them to be.

And our new motto says it best:

This is just a reminder that tomorrow is our 5th Sunday which is Ministry @ Home.
It’s a time for us to rest, reset and take some time with God, family and ourselves.
Our church doors will be closed. We will not have in person or virtual service. See you next Sunday!!

🚨REMINDER🚨

5TH SUNDAY — MINISTRY AT HOME 🏡❤️

This coming Sunday August 30th, is 5th Sunday, which means Ministry at Home!

We want to encourage you to slow down, be intentional, and spend time pouring into your first ministry—your family. ❤️

Before we pour into others, let’s make sure we are nurturing the people God has entrusted to us. Spend time together. Pray together. Have meaningful conversations. Love on one another. Create memories and point your family back to Jesus.

Your home is a ministry, too. 🙏🏽

Let’s be intentional about building strong, Christ-centered families and making our homes a place where God is glorified.

🚨SUNDAY RECAP🚨

Love Does Not Equal Acceptance ❤️‍🩹

Today’s service challenged us to look at love through the example of Jesus.

Jesus loved Judas—even knowing that Judas would betray Him. He loved him so genuinely that none of the other disciples could even identify who the betrayer would be.

But today, we didn’t just examine the people in our lives that we may be called to love better. We were also confronted with a hard truth:

We have been the Judas in someone else’s life.

There have been moments when we’ve hurt, betrayed, disappointed, or failed someone who still chose to love us.

And that brought us to the heart of today’s message:

Love does not equal acceptance. Love does not mean agreeing with everything someone does. But we are still called to love.

Because the truth is, we all fall short. We all need grace. We all need forgiveness. And we are all called to reflect the love of Christ—even when it’s difficult.

May we leave today asking not only, “Who do I need to love better?” but also, “Where have I been the Judas, and who has loved me anyway?”

We fall short. But Christ’s love doesn’t. ❤️
