π’An announcement from Pastor Bauman:
Yesterday (Thursday) morning clear liquid backflowed into the floor drains at the church. ServPro disinfected the affected areas. They have informed us that it is safe for us to gather on Sunday.
Out of an abundance of caution, we have decided not to use the kitchen and the fellowship room on Sunday. This will also allow the dehumidifiers, fans, and air purifiers to continue operating in these areas.
So, let's ask the good Lutheran question: What does this mean?
First, all services, Sunday School and confirmation classes, fellowship hour, lunch, and youth choirs will be held as scheduled.
To make this happen, please note the following modifications:
--Fellowship Hour: Donut tables will be set up in the gathering space. The only drink served with the donuts will be bottled water. (Sorry, no coffee!) You can enjoy your donut in the gathering space or outside as we will have tables and chairs set up on the back patio area.
--Adult Bible Study will be held in the sanctuary.
--The Spanish service will be held in the Conference Room.
--Lunch will be pizza and will be served in the conference room/classroom area.
We apologize for this inconvenience. We anticipate that the entire church building will be open for all activities next week.
If you have any questions, please contact a trustee (Marcus Linke, Steve Potter, Dan Schroer) or me by phone, text, or email.
