Women, this conversation is for US. 🌿

What happens when women come together in a safe space to have honest conversations about our bodies, our minds, and our overall wellness?

On Saturday, October 10 at 10:00 AM, Deborah’s Table is gathering again at Shiloh Baptist Church for a Women’s Wellness Conversation, held in partnership with our Annual Health Fair.

We’re welcoming Dr. Courtney Shihabuddin, founder of Empowered Wellness for Her, and Dr. Chanté Meadows, founder of Meadows Counseling Group, for a real conversation about hormones, menopause and perimenopause, mental and emotional health, and caring for the whole YOU.

Whether you’re in your 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s or beyond, there is something powerful about understanding what is happening in your body and giving yourself permission to prioritize your wellness.

💗 Bring your mother. Bring your sister. Bring your daughter. Bring your girlfriend. Bring YOU.
